In Marrakech, Four Seasons Resort Marrakech has unveiled Inara Restaurant & Lounge, a new address bringing together gastronomy and the Moroccan art of living. The venue is inspired by the elegance of traditional riads, with its central fountain, terraces open to the gardens and palm trees. It is presented as a celebration of the Kingdom’s heritage, where Moroccan hospitality meets contemporary refinement.
Revisited terroir cuisine
At the helm is Jean-Denis Rieubland, the property’s executive chef and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, revisiting terroir recipes without losing their soul. On the plate: quail pastilla with foie gras and almond jus, blue lobster from Oualidia with apples and saffron fennel, Marrakech tangia, and braised lamb shoulder with orange. Couscous naturally takes pride of place, while desserts explore rose, dates, amlou and saffron. A cuisine that values sharing as much as creativity.
Music and traditions
Inara is not only about pleasing the palate. The restaurant also brings the Kingdom’s artistic traditions to life through a musical and cultural programme: Melhoun from Marrakech, Chgouri sounds and Al-Âla melodies, inherited from the Arabo-Andalusian tradition. The seasons will also inspire ephemeral menus, starting with autumn, celebrated around olives, dates and the grape harvest.
Practical information: Inara is open every day from noon to 11 p.m., at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech.
